Octotel fibre with no social responsibility

This fibre company has dug up verges and pavements throughout Rondebosch and left the area in a terrible mess over a weekend when properties are on show and on sale for viewing. The area already has fibre. Octotel does not respond to emails or calls, their staff is rude and unhelpful and they do not restore the verges to the pre- existing condition after messing it up. It’s shocking that private companies are allowed to destroy a suburb in this manner especially since we all already have fibre. I believe the City of Cape Town is allowing this and many more fibre companies are planning to follow suit.
