Octotel Fibre is The Best in Cape Town

Hey Octotel. I Am Still Happy with Octotel Fibre.. I Want to Host a Game Server on My Home Fibre but i am getting occasional packet loss/packet bursts.. i see there is packets bursts when i ping my home router with Looking Glass Hurricane Electric using the Cape Town Server and using my RSAWeb IP Address..

is there anyway to STOP it permanently and NOT Lose Bandwidth?
