I placed an inquiry for a fibre connection and was advised that it could take 2 weeks for instillation once my details had been confirmed. I received an automated response once my order was planned I was contacted within 24 hours of placing my order for further information and confirmation of my order. I received daily updates and sometimes multiple updates keeping me informed of the process as well as progress. I was also informed of COVID requirements prior to installation and a suitable appointment was made. The installers arrived 10 minutes before the appointment, introduced themselves and greeted me by name. Installation was professional, quick and the working area was cleaned before departure.
