Octotel does not need our business apparently

I have canceled my fiber with your company. It is evident that Octotel is useless, i have been promised Fiber every 2 weeks since september. And recently I was told that I will have fibder by end Dec. When I called for an update it chaged to "Sometime in the new year.." So, Octotel can shove their fiber up their ass... Your company is useless. You dont email clients, you dont communicate regularly, you barely remember to contact me back when I run out of airtime. I will be waiting for Vuma tel to get the fiber installed in Feb sometime, because they are active in the area and I wont have to wait long after they are installed.
