Octotel does not care at all

Unfortunately I can only give one star and not less. Note that if Octotel has a monopoly in your area they will not care at all about any issues you report.

After three months my line is still broken and Octotel just won't come out to fix it. When they installed it during Covid they told me the creepers on my wall would be a problem, but they did not have time to install it properly and would rather cone back and fix it when it goes faulty. Their words. Now that it's broken they dont care because they collect a monthly fee even if its broken.
