Octotel destroys DSTV connection.

Octotel worked in our building to replace their fibre, and completely knocked out my DSTV fibre connection. They refused to accept responsibility, and I took my decoder to Multichoice, who confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the decoder. I then had to pay ASI a call-out fee to come and re-connect my DSTV. Octotel should be black-listed for not being prepared to accept responsibility for their shocking business practises.
