Octotel customer service

Email was sent out that they doing maintenance in the george area. Its been three days with connection going on and off through out the whole day. Called and we were just prompted to unplug everything. How is this acceptable when some of us need internet connection to work. Still too this day (its been three days) no one has been send out to assist.
