Octotel- cheap fibre but also cheap service

After 7 weeks I am still waiting for them to finish my fibre installation. This is after initially beingvyold 1 week. They don't communicate with you on progress at all. If I did not keep following up I would just keep waiting indefinitely. They also keep giving false timelines. No regard for customer service.
