Octotel bad service

Octotel has been promising fiber installation since last year I have send emails to a Charl and a Nicole at Octotel but there has been no reply I have been promised call backs with no luck I am seriously considering canceling the contract as it is not working for me I am getting 100BG for the prize of unlimited fiber. The body corporate has given the go ahead for the installation on the 20/05/2021.
