Octotel

As a business, we've tried Webafrica, Mwebtechnical support. No one can get Octotel to cone out to our site and repair a cut fibre cable on the pavement. This is outside and not in the building. Since 26 November,we're sitting without wifi/ internet. Our guests are fed-up with our service. Various tickets logged to Octotel. Today,I got the last ticket no from Mweb technical support,rhat was send to Octotel. I also tried to contact Octotel on *** various times today about ticket no 243423. BUT IN VEIN. All that I hear: "we're open 9 to 5 ,goidbye." How do you contact them if your business depends on a service to be provided by them? We didn't have any siwntime with our wifi before fibre was installed. I rate Octotel and there service ; 1 /10
