OCTOHELL

The only reason there is 1 star selected is because I could not select 0 stars. They do not even deserve 1 star.

I have had an endless struggle to get my wifi sorted. I am being pushed from one company to another. Octotel agents refuse to respond to my messages, refuse to take calls and completely disregards me. They become frustrated and upset with me for asking for help. I call the contact centre and the holding time is 35 minutes and more .

I have never had such a frustrating, unprofessional, terrible experience before .

I deeply regret signing with Octotel.

I have requested my money back but that query hasnt been responded to either.

I have lost all hope that I will ever have my wifi issue resolved this century .
