Octel service is extremely horrible

I logga fault with afrihost on Monday already and thesay they will log a fault with Octel, today is Saturday when i check again if there's any feedback on mt ticket no 399868, there is non. Octel you really shoudo better because you not the only one who can provide the same service you provide and some at cheapr price than you. It's Holidays, kids are at home no internet. Please do better or i cancell your service.
