Not so happy

My internet has been unavaliable during incredibly important meetings set for this week. With the job of providing internet through these very vital times of lockdown... a poor job is being done. We call and are told maintenance is being done on the lines DURING WORKING HOURS. We signed up for a package that went up by R20 the next month because of an "error in advisertising".... Take an extra R20 from every customer- that's a pretty penny...
