Not good enough!

We've been complaining with our ISP and Octotel about frequent outages in our fibre connection for 4 months now. We've had 3 different Octotel technicians come to our house and they STILL haven't fixed the problem which is seriously impacting my work. I'm at the point of consulting with a lawyer to pursue legal action. Don't use Octotel.
