No internet connection, Octotel

Service is absolutely disgusting isp is vox and we going through octotel been disconnected since 24th November vox technitions have been to our premises tested all conntions with new router the problem persists with octotel been going back and fourth with no feedback and we are still not connected with internet, octotel technician was her 3 December and sid it will take 3-4 hours to get a connection, if not to call back following day Saturday morning,as in today no answer and we are not connected yet.
