NO HELP

Again where do i start. Im so frustrated because no one seems to able to help me. I have been struggling with Axxess to release my line so i can switch to a different ISP but nope. And i have been struggling with Axxess for over a month and Octotel just doesnt want to help what so ever. Its just you deal with them and finish.
