Needs to be closed down

Octotel has not even a right to exist. I have no internet connection since 40 hours. They said they have restored all the lines. But my line is still not working. There is absolutely nobody who can assist me with sorting out the issue. It is a disgrace that a company like this is even allowed to operate.
