MASSIVE PRICE INCREASE!

PRICE INCREASE - is this realistic? Over 20% increase in cost? There is no competition in the area in which I live - ie: Octotel can do what they choose. Just unacceptable business practice. Sadly, most people need to be connected to the internet so Octotel take advantage of that. Their rating is low, but nothing changes because they simply do not care.
