Lack of communication

Hi, even after numerous bad reviews on social media Octotel still didn't respond to any of my requests or queries. This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately they are the service provider in our area and due to their total lack of interest my order has been suspended. I hope to never to business with this unprofessional idiots ever again.
