Installation

Waited the 6 weeks for the installation not getting any feedback from them. Called the ISP and they said they also don't have feedback why it is taking so long. Few days later I received feedback from the ISP saying Octotel does not have consent for bringing the fiber into the complex. Week 7 has passed and still no call from Octotel at least notifying me that they need consent. The installation is a promotion that is free, if I had to pay for the installation obviously they would react differently. Absolutely pathetic!
