I'm tired of waiting

Waited a month for them to contact me, finally got an installation and was not told it would take another month to actually work. No customer service s****s at all. If it is not working on promised date their device will be left on the curb for a lucky roadside collector to find and I'll find another company that actually cares about their customers and that has some kind of customer loyalty
