Horrible service

The service is ****ty they cancelled my line without any notification on d day that I Paid for it since d 1st April I have been on line and emails going back and forth with different consultants no one seems to know how to get my line activate it’s sooooo frustrating and this happened after I had paid R1200 to this company I have lost money as I use this for work I will be suing for loss of income

Now I’m told that I have to wait for another 5 days for me to have my line active what ******* is this
