Horrible Fibre Performance
The Service and utter lack of knowledge between Octotel and RSA Web is terrifying!! Do NOT MAKE USE of these two companies working together. It is a nightmare to get a proper resolution and feedback. I have been with Octotel and RSA Web for 3 weeks now and EVRY SINGLE night during peak hours and on public holidays or weekends our 100MB line becomes useless and performs at a whopping 7mbs download and 0.23 mbs upload, if I'm lucky, oh and the ping to the nearest server is 19-64 ms?!?!?! Thats the really baffling part that a fibre line would have a ping higher than 10, unless the ISP and Fibre provider **** about their capacity. Utterly disgusted as I spent nearly 2 hours on a call with RSA web to get the issue resolved just to tell me Octotel now has the issue and will follow up! The follow up consisted of NO contact to me whatsoever and just a simple reboot of my ONT which surprize did NOTHING. This happened TWICE in a span of two weeks. Octotel is lazy and gives zero feedback or real solutions.
