They dont commit. Our area has been trenched 5months ago and still not live, the installation is done and shoukd have gone live the 18 September 2020,but nothing. I contacted them they said end of the next week, but still nothing. This is bad.

I lived in different area before this and was trenched by VUMATEL, much better service, they sent out communication via pamplets and our chat group. They committed to 3 months and completed in 2months.That is service, octotel go get a few tips.
