Worst technicians and service, after 4years of no major issues on my part and after being told numerous times by technicians to switch your modem on and off they now blame a Eskom for their modem not working. Still waiting for a simple thing as replacement of a modem to be couriered yet they in my city 7days later and still waiting🤦🤦🤦. Seems like they yet another company who promises and takes your money but when it comes to delivery of service they will blame their outsourced partners.
