Frustrated and disappointed

Really bad customer service. Fibre was supposed to be installed yesterday. 2 guys get sent out and arrives at my house after 6PM only to tell me they can't install because the supervisor needs to do a survey and promises they will return the next day. I wasted R50 airtime calling them and they keep promising to call me back. STILL NO CALL BACK AND STILL NO INSTALLATION! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I was told the turn around time is 3 days but its been 5 days already and I have no clue what is going on
