Forceably make you pay more!!!

Octotel holds people hostage by allowing a "free upgrade" almost 3 years ago from a 55/22 MB line to a 75 MB/75MB line and them not allowing them to downgrade and then putting the price up.

How can you not allow people to downgrade from a 75mb/75mb line to a 55mb/25mb line. That is not ethical nor is it legal.

I have reported you to Carte Blanch and the CIPC and the ISPA for unfair and ********* business practice. You cannot hold people hostage by doing a free upgrade to a higher speed line then put the price up and then not allow them to downgrade.
