Fibre the speed of dial-up!

Lodged a complaint with webafrica about my octotel fibre line 2 WEEKS ago (getting 0.5mb and 1300+ ping). Webafrica are saying that the problem is actually with octotel and that they are unable to get an answer from them. If someone could just tell me whats going and when it will be fixed that would be nice - I am trying to run a business and upgraded to fibre for better service - at this point, telkom was better !
