Fibre Line Activation

I Recently moved to Cape Town from Jhb and signed up for fibre with both Supersonic and WebAfrica. My orders keep getting cancelled. The previous tenant had a fibre line however now i have to suffer and being held liable for something i am not aware off. I work remotely and now cant even work because Octotel keeps cancelling my order with no explanation. Why is it so hard for them to move over the line to me? I've been in Cape Town for 20days and no success!
