Fibre installation

Came to install Fibre line, they installed the line and then tell you they can't finish the job as they don't have the white box connections, as they only onstall the cable, now how long do I have to wait for the division that connects cable to the white boxes to connect to router ect

Not good enough should of been done in one go and completed installation
