Fiber Installation

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, known to me as Adrian, for the excellent service he provided me in the last week. Adrian helped me to sort out my fiber at home that was urgently needed. He kept me in the loop of the process and wherein the process we were with regard to the installation of my fiber. He communicated almost daily and kept me in the loop and my fiber was installed and ready on Friday.

He was professional at all times and his ability to follow up and get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
