False and misleading advertising.

So Octotel advertises on their website with Vodacom a 35/25mbps line R499 on a month to month. I filled in many applications through octotel’s website for that deal and nothing ever happened. I decided to call octotel and as expected they rerouted me to Vodacom. Spoke to Vodacom and they say I need to speak to octotel because they (Vodacom) advertise it for R499 on contract. I decided to log a complaint directly to Octotel and they never rep**** to my email. Wrote on their Facebook and they asked for my details but still didn’t get back to me. I find it utterly disgusting that you sending me from pillar to post and not resolving this for the past 3 weeks. Your website and advertising is false and misleading and that does not sit well with me. 3 weeks later and it still is on your website. I have a screenshot of this as proof.
