Failure to deliver....

I spoke to a representative of Octotel this morning and was promised that my ONT box will be configured by close of business today so that my ISP could configure my router.

They asked me to call them back at 15h00 to confirm that all was in order but I could not get through on their number for 2 hours straight.

I moved to fibre so that I didn't have to deal with Telekom any longer but Octotel is just as pathetic. If you have a choice I'd certainly not recommend Octotel as an option.
