Excluded from fibre infrastructure installation for no reason.

Octotel is currently installing fibre in our area. I found that every house on our street has the little grey fibre box installed excluding my house, the only house on the street that hasn't had the little grey box installed. I sent a message on twitter and called them and was told not to worry, it is possible to connect up to 4 lines from one box "Property dependent". No clarification is given as to what that means. That doesn't make sense, why then install one box per property? After I called them I was told the service provider I choose can just do an installation through the box placed on the neighbors wall and run it across their property into my home. My concern is, should there be installation issues with my service provider, will my installation be delayed? Can I be guaranteed there will be no loss in connection speed for either myself or my neighbor? During installation, there will be no loss in connection for either party due to 2 installations for different properties coming from 1 box? They were really quick to install but I find the information provided on their website regarding the rollout and installation doesn't match the work they actually do. Still no explanation as to why my home is the only home in the entire street of some 70 or more houses that doesn't have an individual fibre box.
