Excellent Start to relationship

I dont think people do this enough, but I need to send a shout out to Octotel, and one their employees by the name of Loreth Lourens.

So we having fiber installed in our area and my first concern was that we have allot of foot traffic past our house, especially kids passing on a daily basis. I emailed Octotel and they responded the same day to my concern and confirmed that it will be possible to have the box installed inside the property. The contractor ignored the order and placed the box on the outside (exactly what I didn't want). I emailed Loreth again and in that same week the box was moved.

My next concern was when installation to the property would take place as there were many hiccups due to the pandemic and it left us without internet for a while, not only did he calmly respond once again to my may emails, he even took the time to call and explain who I need to contact and how the process works.

Now all this might seem routine to you but in my book this is ten out of ten. Not once did he ever seem annoyed with my many (many, many) emails, in fact he even responded the same day (which hardly ever happens these days).

So I applaud Octotel and Loreth especially for their service and if this is the start of my journey it started on a very good note.
