Efficient Communication and Hasty Turnaround

I've recently concluded managing the process of upgrading our sectional scheme with fibre and had to deal with Octotel as our provider.

I was impressed with their consistent communication and efficient service as well as a fairly rapid turnaround time.

We had a few minor delays due to the weather but each delay was explained and justified in an acceptable manner.
