Do not use octotel as your fibre provider (bad service)

I have been struggling with afrihost and octotel for 2weeks to come out to my house and fix my internet line. I hace 40 tickets wit afrihost and 3 tickets with octotel. Still waiting on someone to phone me to make a apointment to come and fix the line. The service is unbelieveably bad. No one contacts you. NO body cares. The way of thinking is oh well then.
