Digging in blouberg rise for intallation of cable - damaging private property

<p>My front yard was dug up 3 months ago, whichout notice or consent, removal of tar, after complaining twice, the trenches where refilled with sand, but the tar has never been replaced. The garden was not returned to the original state. Today i found my back yard dug up, which is used to access my property via willow road, they damaged my gate, which is not opening, due to stones and sand on my track. The pavement has not been tarred. Terrible disgusting service.....</p>
