Complete lack of accountability.

Our complex has fibre which was installed by Octotel. Early this week they came to add fibre connections and lost my connection to DSTV. On Wednesday two technicians came to my apartment and reconnected me. However, not all of the channels worked, and when I received a reply from Rue, it was that they took no responsibility, and it was up to me to resolve the issue myself. I would never recommend this company.
