COMPLAINT- POOR SERVICES BY OCTOTEL AND VODACOM

Re: Installation of their ONT box to enable me to access fast and uninterrupted Internet. Technician failed to advise me regarding the location of the box which is 30 meters from the present location. He asked me for the nearest power point to their outside fibre box. Result: EXTREMELY SLOW AND POOR INTERNET QUALITY. I've inform Octotel to relocate the box at no extra costs. Awaiting their response. Regarding Vodacom, they're unprofessional and stick to their rules which do not benefit their client base. If I can help it, I'll NEVER do business with them, EVER. I will not recommend them to my family and friends. POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE ALL ROUND. BUNCH OF EXPLOITERS.
