BAD service OCTOTEL and VODACOM

Goodday I've upgraded from Vodacom WiFi to Fibre 50 speed which is very good.The wires was installed by the 2 young men on a Rainy day more then a week ago...they left all there dirt ...pipes in and outside my yard...until now it seems we were better off with the wi fi...You Tube are loading all the time...one day we had no internet...I've been calling Vodacom who is the service provider numerous times..they saying they're has been escalated the problem to Octotel...no one has phone me...and the money start rolling in to Vodacom...I'm very disappointed with Vodacom...I've been with then for yrs...and now this..my order no S***
