Bad service Octotel.

Octotel is a **** service provider. They were quick to dig trenches for cables without anyone consent, but when it comes to installing the Fibre it's an issue. The idiots keep asking me for the landlord to grant permission, but guess what I am the landlord and this I have over and over. Furthermore, they talk about infrastructure which I refused on numerous occasions so what the heck is their problem. Nobody knows anything or the stupid people are too arrogant to ask for advice from their superiors. They are just wasting my time and phone calls by putting me through to one idiot after the other. I will not recommend them and if I can I will sue them for putting up the box on my property without my consent. They are worst possible company I had the misfortune to deal with.
