Bad service from Octotel

Bizarre experience with octotel after requesting a Fibre service through webafrica and then when contacted by Adoray Ferrier from Octotel and advising her I had already a line from Octotel my line was canceled without my consent or request or feedback to this effect sent to me. Still trying to get the line activated and it seems no one wants to sort this issues
