Bad service and Connection

I spoke with Kurt at Octotel last week about the installation of the fibre,he gave me a wrong information and asking me about the numbers that are written in the box.I told him the is no number and what else must I do and still no answer,the guy by the name of Patsi was also here in the building and I asked him if he can quickly show me the number Kurt is talking about,his response “I can’t you must log the ticket” The service of this company is horrible and I’m stucking here cause I can’t work. I will make sure no friend or my family member will use this service it’s horrible
