Bad. Service

Hi good afternoon I would just like to point that octotel service is super bad my internet is off since 5 yesterday I logged a call this morning at 7 got a reffernce number I was then told that no technicians works over weekends and that it takes 24 to 48 hours before the problem can be resolved which means that me the client will have to wait the latest till Tuesday beacuse the 24 to 48 hour period only starts from tomorrow this extremly bad and unprofessional service as me the client can't work tomorrow beacuse my fibre don't work my question what's the reason for installing fibre if nobody can help you over weekends and why are paying for something that doesn't work please provide answers
