Bad service

I will not RECOMMEND service provider OCTOTEL. A lot of my friends reconnected that I must change my WiFi to Vox which I did. Wel in our Area unfortunately OCTOTEL was the service provider. I am sitting the whole weekend without WiFi. And all the Tel is that someone will be in contact with you. Wel 3days later and still waiting on the technical team to contact us to sort out our problem. My Tel ***. PLEASE do not use OCTOTEL as they seems not to work during weekends
