Bad service

I have been calling them for a week and they refuse to send someone out because they say the area is a red zone but here is constantly vans driving in the area but say they cant help.me because they werent sent to the house and i need to wait ,in the mean time i already paid for my fibre and they just need to replace somethint.I am very dissatisfied with this service as i work from home and i paid for the service,they go into worse areas and mine aint evens dangerous or a red zone
