You only warned us yesterday that you will do maintenance today and that the internet will be off for 1 hour.

1. The internet has been off for 4 hours and your guy outside says it’s still going to take another hour. 2. You can’t just warn us a day before of “maintenance” and then it takes longer than what you said in your email.
