Bad customer service
Had such a bad experience with Octotel 2 technicians came out the first one put the fibre on the wrong location the second technician has such an attitude in assisting us I am so disappointed in the horrible services that they have delivered

20 Sept 2023, 19:32No one called me back I am without internet the second technician that came out made a bigger mess up I urgently want them to come out and remove this device they have installed it’s not working and still awaiting a supervisor to contact me
