Avoid Octotel like you avoid Covid.

Octotel does not work. They literally cannot provide the service that they advertise.

Our internet drops and recovers every few minutes, for long periods of time, every day. For nearly three weeks now, Octotel has been "handling" our uselessly broken internet line. We have sent over 30 emails to our ISP by now, and our ISP simply cannot get Octotel to care enough to do something about our network.

Even as I type this review, I can only hope that the "publish review" button will actually work considering how frequently our network drops.

I work from home. That means that, without an internet line, I cannot earn a living. Through such unbelievable incompetence, Octotel has now directly been responsible for numerous crises at work.

Octotel is a joke. DO NOT USE OCTOTEL.
